Details of activity

Incorporated in each residential camp, students explore practical strategies to manage water and energy use in cabins.

The emphasis is on sustainability and the need for cooperation, respect and responsibility are also emphasized in this competition. Individual cabin results and sustainability discussions begin each day’s activities.

Sustainability

  • Assess the sustainability of lifestyle choices with respect to resource use and waste minimisation.
  • Read energy and water meters to measure and minimise our use of these resources.
