The Centre has a fully functional kitchen that seats up to 50 persons.

The Centre has a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen which includes:
- a stove with 4 gas burners and a gas BBQ plate (centre staff to demonstrate use)
- an extractor fan for when BBQ plate is in use
- an electric oven under the gas burners and BBQ plate
- a microwave
- a solar cooker (www.sunoven.com) for cooking when solar conditions allow
- 10 long handled toasting forks (e.g. marshmallows)
- a commercial toaster
- a commercial dishwasher
- cutlery and crockery for 50+ persons
Catering
Visiting schools have the option to self-cater or use the Centre caterer “Alfresco’s”.
